Nearly sells soft printed comfort blankets and emotional comfort gifts. Our first collection is called Hug From Afar.
Our products are made to order through print-on-demand fulfilment partners. This means products are printed after an order is placed.

We do our best to display product colours, images, descriptions, and details as accurately as possible.
However, product colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, and production process.
All product images, lifestyle images, and mockups are for visual guidance only.

Product designs
Nearly’s blanket designs, product names, branding, images, written content, logos, and artwork are owned by Nearly or used with permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, resell, modify, or use our designs or branding without written permission.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
The Hug From Afar blankets are priced at $129 AUD unless shown otherwise on the product page.
We may update prices, offers, products, or product availability at any time without notice.

Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that:

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee that the order has been accepted. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an issue with payment, product availability, fulfilment, fraud risk, or incorrect information.

Made-to-order products
Our blankets are made to order. This means production begins after your order is placed.
Because products are made after purchase, orders may not be able to be changed or cancelled once they have entered production.

Shipping and delivery
We use third-party fulfilment and shipping partners to produce and deliver orders.
Delivery timeframes shown on the website are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to production time, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, public holidays, incorrect addresses, weather events, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has shipped, you may receive tracking information where available.

Incorrect shipping address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been sent to production or shipped, we may not be able to change, redirect, cancel, or refund the order.
If the parcel is returned to sender, additional shipping costs may apply to resend the item.

Returns and refunds
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.
This includes situations where:

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted, or not as described, please contact us on our socials within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description of the problem.
If the issue is confirmed, we will help arrange a suitable remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If your product has a major problem, or is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not store full payment card details on our website.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
