Refunds & Returns Policy

At Nearly, each Hug From Afar blanket is made to order. Because every blanket is printed after purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Please choose your design carefully before placing your order.

Change of mind

We do not accept returns or provide refunds if:

  • you change your mind

  • you choose the wrong design

  • you no longer want the item

  • you find a similar item elsewhere

  • you entered the wrong shipping address

  • the item arrives later than expected due to shipping carrier delays outside our control

Damaged, faulty, or misprinted items

If your blanket arrives damaged, faulty, or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [insert email address].

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a clear photo of the issue

  • a photo of the packaging, if relevant

  • a short description of the problem

If the issue is confirmed, we will help arrange a suitable solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Incorrect shipping details

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been sent to production or shipped, we may not be able to change or cancel the order.

Lost or delayed parcels

Once your order has been shipped, delivery timing is managed by the shipping carrier. If your parcel appears delayed or lost, contact us and we will help investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier where possible.

Made-to-order production

Our blankets are printed on demand, which means production begins after your order is placed. For this reason, orders usually cannot be cancelled once they have entered production.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If your item has a major problem, or is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
